Rooms were very clean and spacous. The price was very good
Not enough people at the front desk. The thing I really DIDN't like was that the oneperson at the front desk had to make me wait while she took a reservation---and the person making the reservation also had a number of questions. The front desk should be for check in. Also during the evening I received a message and the red light was flashing on both of my phones. There were no instructions on how to get my messages and wehn I called the front desk--both the ladies now working it had no idea on how to access my messages--need a little better training

The staff was accommodating.
Occasional musty smell most likely associated with humid weather.

The hotel was very bright and modern, with large comfortable rooms. All the staff were friendly and cheerful, just what you look for when on an overnight visit whilst on vacation. The lady who was supervising the breakfast area in reception was excellent (she may also have even cooked the breakfast, not sure), but she was very good with all the children of the numerous guests, helping them with juice, toast and the waffle maker, etc.
Despite making a request for two rooms next door to each other, six weeks before we actually arrived, and telephoning the hotel the night before our arrival to confirm this, we were told it was not possible by the receptionist who was checking us in. Her colleague said, "yes, they can have 316 and 318" (2 rooms next door to each other). The girl then programmed two door entry cards for us and handed them over, when we got upstairs we found she still hadn't given us our request, but room 318 and another room further down the corridor. I went back downstairs to complain, and the second receptionist took over, apologised, and gave us two rooms together. It appeared to us that the first receptionist was "digging her heels in" and exercising a bit of power. Spolied our stay a little bit, but not much. How can a hotel not keep two rooms secured, when booked 6 weeks in advance, when specially asked for by guests?

Sketchy neighborhood, I thought I had booked at the Hampton Inn downtown which had been my preference. When my GPS was directing me to this area of town I was a bit apprehensive but it was comfortable. The breakfast was awful.
I did not like the fact that I left my Reef leopard flip flops in the room and called back for them and hour later and could not get them back. I hope the maid enjoys them.

Tv in room was not functioning properly, had annoying graphics popping up on screen about the TV's features such as surround sound. This made it almost impossible to watch, covering a third of the screen most of the time. Also, eco-save shower head feels like showering under a mist. Lose the tiny bed pillows. Totally uncomfortable.

Woman who managed dining room very welcoming and helpful.
Desk clerk had no suggestions for dinner downtown; told us to walk around til we found something suitable. Room was clean but still had trash in baskets from previous guests. It would have been much fresher if we could have opened the windows. Breakfast offered variety but quality of baked goods was mediocre. Coffee not Starbucks, but decent.

I liked the friendliest of the housekeeper for my room. She was extra special. I also like the complimentary breakfast that was served in a friendly atmosphere. I was also able to print out my boarding passes with no extra charge.
